Oncology Network

Assistance Networks

The oncology network identifies centers in the region that assist individuals from the first suspicion of cancer, supporting them throughout the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation process. The network’s organizational model ensures the highest quality and appropriateness of care, saving time and avoiding do-it-yourself approaches. It consists of specialized centers (hubs) for managing the most complex cases, which are joined by peripheral centers (spokes), which serve as access points to the network and are designed to provide comprehensive care throughout the region, referring patients to other facilities for specific services when necessary.

Links to the websites of the regional oncology networks are provided. Not all regions have activated their own oncology network websites.
